Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026
These terms apply when you use Logit’s website and product. If you use Logit for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
Your account
Give us accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
Your data
Your data stays yours, and you own the answers Logit generates for you from it. You give Logit permission to access and process your data only to provide the service to you. We don’t use it to train AI models. Access to your systems is read-only, and we won’t modify your source data. You’re responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect that data and to give us that access. You’ll cover Logit for claims that arise from data you connect, or from using Logit in a way that breaks these terms, including reasonable lawyers’ fees.
Answers can be wrong
Logit’s answers are produced by software and can contain mistakes. Every answer shows the query and data behind it. Review them before you rely on an answer for an important decision.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Logit to break the law, to probe or breach its security, to reverse engineer it except as the law allows, to copy our product in order to build a substitute for it, or to send traffic that overloads it.
Plans and billing
Starter is free. Paid plans are billed in advance at the prices on our pricing page, plus any applicable taxes, and renew at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and that period isn’t refunded. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change applies to you. Free trials end automatically, and we won’t charge you unless you choose a paid plan. If you have a separate Enterprise agreement with us, it controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the purpose of this agreement.
Our property
Logit, its software, and its design belong to us. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Availability
We work to keep Logit available, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We’ll tell you about planned maintenance in advance when we can.
Disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms, Logit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, and except for fraud, willful misconduct, or your payment obligations, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if it was told they were possible. Each side’s total liability under these terms is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Logit at any time. To stop paid billing, cancel in your account settings as described above. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don’t pay. Before we delete your workspace, we’ll give you at least 30 days to export your saved answers. Confidentiality, Our property, Disclaimer, Limitation of liability, and Governing law continue to apply after these terms end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Logit agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Severability
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
