Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
This policy explains what Logit, Inc. (“Logit,” “we,” or “us”) collects when you use our website and our product, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name, work email, company, and role when you sign up, book a demo, or apply for a job.
Billing information. If your company buys Logit, we or our payment processor collect billing contacts and payment details.
Usage information. Pages you visit, features you use, your browser and device type, and your IP address.
Customer data. When your company connects a data source, Logit processes your schema, your questions, the results of queries, and the answers you save. We process customer data on behalf of your company, under our agreement with it.
Messages. What you send us by email or through a form.
How we use it
We use account information, usage information, and messages to run and secure Logit, to answer your requests, to send product and billing emails, to understand how the product is used so we can improve it, and to meet legal obligations. We use job application information only to consider you for a role.
We use customer data only to provide the service to your company, to secure it, and to meet legal obligations.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law defines those terms. We don’t use customer data to train AI models, and our contracts with model providers bar them from training on it too.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us run Logit, under contracts that limit how they can use it. This includes cloud infrastructure, email, payment, and the model providers that help generate answers. We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a successor if Logit is acquired. If that happens, we’ll let you know.
Customer data belongs to your company
Your company decides what data Logit can access and how long it’s kept. If you have a request about customer data, contact your company’s administrator, and we’ll help them respond.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open and as long as the law requires after that. We keep usage information and messages only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or longer when the law requires it. Query history is kept for the period your plan allows. When a workspace is deleted, we delete its customer data within 30 days, except copies in routine backups, which are overwritten on our backup cycle.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to run Logit. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we’ll notify your company’s administrator, and you directly when the law requires it.
Cookies and Do Not Track
We use cookies that keep the site and the product working, such as keeping you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies. Service providers that help us run the site may collect usage information on our behalf, and they aren’t allowed to use our site to track you across other websites for their own purposes. Our site doesn’t respond to Do Not Track signals, because there’s no common standard for them.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account information in your settings, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as knowing what we hold about you. To make a request, email privacy@logithq.com. We won’t treat you differently for making one.
Children
Logit is a product for businesses and isn’t directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
