This is our first design hire. You'll own the product from the question box through the query view, plus our website. You'll work with both founders and talk with customers every week.

What you’ll do

Design the path from a one-line answer down to the query and the rows behind it
Make dense information readable at a glance: charts, tables, and SQL
Join customer conversations and bring what you hear into the design
Build the design system and keep it honest as we grow

What you’ll bring

A portfolio of product work that includes dense or data-heavy interfaces
Comfort designing in the browser as well as in design tools
Clear writing, because much of our interface is words
Taste, and the ability to explain it

Nice to have

Experience designing for analysts or engineers
Front-end skills
